Was interviewed twice and rated high. They never called. I ended up calling them to see if I got the job and they kept asking if I got an email from them. I stated no. The general manager stated he was going to contact the manager that first took my interview and he would call me back never did. I called again same response did you get an email. And I stated no. So I decide to eat there for the first time they didn't have steamed rice said I would have to wait 30 to 40 mins. So I ended up getting brown rice. When I got to the window I asked to talk to wyann the store manager to see why they didn't contact me if I got the job or not. Instead he comes up acts like he getting a drink looks out the drive thru window and doesn't say anything. So the employee Tony states well I think they decided they didn't want to hire you. Which I was just looking for a professional explanation why they couldn't tell me no or yes instead of just leaving it to be unknown. And leaving it to an employee who isn't an manager. Then on their window they still looking for a general manager and assistant manager. I feel they are too picky on who they want to hire and there are people that have 10 and up years of management experience that they end up over looking. I will say the food wasn't all that great I couldn't finish the brown rice bc it was old and the orange chicken I felt it was over cooked and old. I don't know what the issue is but you guys really need to fix it especially since it will be summer time and alot of tourist and alot of business that could be bad business depending on staffing. I love panada express it's one of my favorite restaurants but this one needs help and...
Read moreOkay so. I had Panda Express for the first time the other day & tbh isn’t wasn’t very good. (Chicken was burnt, noodles seemed undercooked, no ice in my drink so it was very warm, and the portions weren’t all there) so i called & explained my situation & asked for a refund. Can in today to get said refund & let me just say the younger lady who manages that store was excellent. Super sweet & understanding. She stated instead of giving me a refund she’d replace my meal & give me a coupon for another free meal. She said she didn’t want my first time being ruined because i said I probably wasn’t interested in coming back due to it just not being great the first time. Im so glad i gave it a second chance. She had me come in & look at my options. I did see a few things that did look great. Instead of chow mein i got the rice & the teriyaki chicken & the chicken with green beans. Gave me an accurate amount AND she also poured some extra sauce on top of my rice!! It was DELICIOUS. I'm so happy she was thorough & caring about my experience. Ive heard about it for years from friends & online. I felt really bad complaining because thats just not something i like to do because i too work in restaurant business & yanno sometimes the food just doesn’t hit right ! It happens. I will be giving in more chances definitely & id suggest going inside to see your options (: thank you again to that manager for being so thoughtful of my Panda...
Read moreThis restaurant is quite decent in their cooking. However there may be a mishap from your taste buds at time to time when you take food home from here, just like any oriental restaurant. The way how they cook their noodles is plausible and we like the way they cook the sesame chicken instead of the orange. Their sesame chicken in comparison to some other places is the best, in our own opinion. We like the price of what you pay for the quantity that you get from this location. I have seen even oriental Chinese people eat here on one occasion. Maybe in the future run their will be more orientals coming here. On a word of caution their black angus pepper is excellent with their sauce but if you come across on occasion pieces of hard beef you may want to take you time chewing it especially for those who are older ones. The Kung Pao Chicken is excellent for those who want something spicy, but your tastebuds could be annoyed at times if the chicken tastes kinda greasy or off. I would say they do a good job on their King Pao chicken on their spicy seasoning than some other places. They have this cool thing that if you do the online survey on your receipt you can get a free entree on your next order of food. Their food would seem to be a much healthier fast food option than let’s say a burger and a fry. It is quite Clean inside the location most...
