Olive Garden, where do I even begin? Let's start with the mill. Frankly, it was just okay. Nothing to write home about, but not entirely disappointing either. So, I'll give them that one star for averageness. However, the real disappointment came with the service. And getting two pieces of blonde hair in my food if you don’t believe me, I have black hair and I could post a picture if you don’t Upon entering, we were greeted by a super snooty atmosphere. It's like they were doing us a favor by allowing us to dine there. But the real kicker was when they messed up our order and had the audacity to tell my grandma that it wasn't their problem to fix. Excuse me? Last time I checked, providing correct orders and rectifying mistakes fell under the realm of customer service. It's utterly ridiculous that they would shrug off their responsibility like that. Customer service should be about empathy, understanding, and fixing mistakes, not passing the buck onto the customer. Needless to say, I will not be returning to Olive Garden anytime soon because of this blatant disregard for basic hospitality. Now, onto the waiter. Sure, he was alright, but just barely. He was kind of short with us and didn't seem to listen to all of our requests. It's as if he was just going through the motions, not really caring about the experience we were having. In conclusion, while the mill might have been okay, the service was far from it. Also leaving all the plates on the table until the very end.Olive Garden needs to seriously reevaluate their customer service practices if they want to retain any respect 🫡 of loyalty from their customer . As for me, I'll be taking my business elsewhere.

Unfortunately the entrees were a big disappointment. To begin with, the timing was actually too fast and they brought out our plates before we had even gotten our second round of soups. The new ‘Giant Chicken Parmesan’ plate had a small amount of noodles and the breaded chicken, while it did taste good, was not true chicken breast. It was like the processed kind that frozen chicken patties are made of. For me personally the biggest disappointment was with my precious ‘5-Cheese Baked Ziti’. That has been my favorite go-to dish at Olive Garden forever. But they’ve changed it at this location. The new ziti noodles are much bigger and wider and were placed in a smaller plate, so you get less food. Because the noodles are so big and they lay a minimal, sad amount of sauce across the top, each bite just tasted like plain, chewy, starchy pasta. Gross. When I inquired with the waitress how long ago they changed the noodles and if this change was chain-wide or just their restaurant, she didn’t know the answers. She did comp us for the ziti, so that made it better. On the positive side, we were seated quickly and our waitress was very friendly and attentive. As always the breadsticks, salad, and soups were on point. So good. Our green apple sangrias were fruity and yummy.

UPDATE: WENT BACK TONIGHT. ALL I CAN SAY IS THIS PLACE IS DISGUSTING. WE WERE SAT BETWEEN 2 FILTHY TABLES AND THEY WERE NOT CLEANED FOR OVER 3O MINUTES WHILE WE WERE THERE. THEN THE TABLE TO THE LEFT WAS CLEANED BUT LARGE PIECES OF FOOD WERE LEFT ON THE FLOOR. THE CHAIRS WERE LEFT ESCEW. THE TABLE TO THE RIGHT WAS CLEANED AT 50 MINUTES AFTER WERE THERE AND THERE WERE FOOD PARTICLES LEFT ON THE TABLE WITH LIQUID. I WATCHED THE GUY CLEAN IT WITH LITTLE TO NO CARE ABOUT MAKING SURE IT WAS CLEANED. THE HOSTESS SAT 2 PEOPLE DOWN THERE AND DID NOT CARE THAT FOOD AND LIQUID WERE STILL ON THE TABLE. THE RESTAURANT IS DISGUSTINGLY DIRTY. THERE WERE 4 OTHER TABLES FILTHY IN THE SAME AREA WE WERE. THERE WERE PLENTY OF EMPLOYEES JUST NONE WITH CARE OF THE JOB THEY WERE DOING. NAPKINS LIE ON THE FLOOR WITH SEVERAL EMPLOYEES WALKING OVER THEM. THE SOUP HAD BROWN PARTICLES IN IT AS IF THEY SCRAPED THE BOTTOM OF THE POT. SO DISGUSTED. I HOPE CORPORATE VISITS UNEXPECTEDLY AND CHANGES THIS PLACE. SAD TO SEE THIS KIND OF CARE. Going downhill fast. Restaurant is dirty. Food was cold. Tired of excuses of short staffing. How about short pricing if we are getting short quality.

2025 edit: I hate for a negative review to be the last thing people see, because we have been back many times since my first review years ago and have had many very good meals. I'm sure that whatever staff I dealt with back then are long since gone and the staff we have dealt with lately have been very good. The food is the same good food they have always served. I have changed my rating from 2 to 4 stars.

Old review: It was a very disappointing visit to Olive Garden tonight. We ordered takeout and recieved an email confirmation of the order at 7:26pm. The order was not handed to us until 8:30pm. Really! Over an hour to get takeout. And we weren't the only customers waiting for takeout. One poor guy waited forever for his order, got it, left with the order and had to bring it back later because they gave him the wrong order. I felt sorry for the girl handing out the the orders because it clearly was not her fault but some issue with the kitchen help. Anyway, the poor girl looked defeated when I told her that I would like to speak with the manager. When the manager showed up a few minutes later I told her that I did not want anything but to let her know that it took over an hour to get a takeout order which is ridiculous. She agreed it was ridiculous and tried to offer me a gift card which I declined. I normally don't complain but I could not believe how disfunctional Olive Garden was with the takeout customers. I wish I could say that the food (zoodles primavera, lasagna, ziti and soup) was worth the wait but unfortunately it was mediocre at best. My opinion of Olive Garden is...

10/30/21 Update: Their customer service did reach out and request to give them another chance. I am glad I did as this time or wait was accurately given to us, service was great and the food was delicious. Thank you Olive Garden to your commitment to your customers. Will remove my previous post after another positive experience.

This is very difficult for me to do since Olive Garden has always been one of my favorite restaurants. It started when I called ahead for a party of two and was told there was a hour wait due to being short staffed. I said I understand, especially with Covid, and put our name on the list. At the thirty minute mark I went to the front to check in. I was told we had been moved up in the list and it would be no more than 25 minutes and again apologized for being short staffed. What bothered me is they continued to say they are short staffed and had limited seating. When I tried to park in the large wrap around parking lot there was NO parking spaces available. This did not sit well since they had limited seating due to being short staffed. After I was told it would be no more than 25 minutes we were still number five on their list after 40 minutes. I account poor management and poor communication from the hostess as to my dissatisfaction, however the food was sub par too. The chicken tasted like it had been frozen before it was cooked, dry and strangely hard. Our server, bread sticks and salad were the saving grace. Please be honest with your customers and upfront if there will be significant delays due to you being very busy or you book too...
