Tropical Smoothie Cafe — Restaurant in Delaware

I put a order in with the app to kirkwood hwy but the app sent my order to pike creek. I walk in and a younger worker was nice to let me know what the mistake was. She was very sweet but then one of the other employees came and asked what happened, I told him and he said hold on and I said okay , maybe they can make my order here. Then the manager comes and says “what” and I was like what ? I never asked for you your employee told me to wait so I’m confused about what I’m waiting for. After I explained to the manager what happened he cut me off and said no you have to pick it up over there at pike creek. I was like I know but your employee told me to wait so was I just waiting for them to cut me off and shoo me away?? I also wanted to note that the younger sweet girl was talking to me while we waited for the manger and during that time her other coworker (a older lady) pushed her out the way to snatch the straws that were in front of me. She didn’t even say excuse me to the sweet girl and I felt bad. I wonder if that’s how they treat employees in front of customers, then they must do other rude things to them. Disgusting. My boyfriend ordered two smoothies within the tropical smoothie app, he was charged twice for the smoothies. He then went to the store waited for thirty minutes only for them to be unhelpful and tell him to wait another 15 minutes for the “boss” to come talk to him. He called customer service and they said they will return the funds if they process. For their sake I hope so. Also, while my boyfriend was there he said a woman went up the counter asking for a refund because they had a lot of hair in her food. The customer even picked out the hair and showed them, they denied to give her a refund because they said it was a gift card. They said they only could give her a free smoothie and they didn’t even apologize. Terrible, won’t be back. We’ve been coming here since this location opened and frankly we’re good on tropical smoothie altogether. I actually hope this specific location shuts down. I have been coming to the store for about four months now I never had a problem with my smoothies but occasionally they would be a little nasty meaning they kind of taste like throw up. when the one girl made the drink, it was a completely different color than what it was supposed to be remind you again I’ve been coming here for a while. I know exactly what it’s supposed to look like and taste like and it did not. It was literally a complete different color. I never complained until today. Today was my last straw because it’s expensive literally seven dollars and up for one drink, they tried to charge me for the wrong drink, and when I corrected, they got upset with me I didn’t ask for the drink to be replaced, and the manager NEED (That’s what he told me his name was) said that if any of my drinks were made wrong again, they would not replace it he was extremely rude and I will not be coming to this establishment again .
