Crumbl — Restaurant in Wilmington

I really did not want to write this review but i’ve given this store a few chances to turn it around. This has to be the worse crumbl! The cookies are always made poorly and the customer service sucks. This was my fourth visit and the cookie topping was completely missing. It was a curbside order (two previous curbside orders i had to go in to get) so i didn’t notice until i already left the store. I called the store and the manager Sean told me to comeback to get new cookies so i did. When i arrived the girl just put the topping on cold cookies and whipped her butt with the gloves right in front of me. I then asked to speak to Sean and he offered no help just issued a refund didn’t even apologize for what i experienced.

This is really unfortunate because i was so happy for this crumbl to open in my area. I would rather drive to glen mills or christiana at least they make the cookies correctly and bring them out when you...

I Was so excited to see that a location was closer to where I live however we tried them for the first time today and was EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED! we came late night around 10pm, staff was outside the restaurant standing around which was not a professional look, the cookies where not rounded and were not warm or fresh which did no justice for the taste. Even the garnishes on the cookies were misplaced and not visually pleasing. I'm sorry but for 15plus dollars on a box of cookies not only does the taste matter but the esthetics does too! You pay for the experience, taste, cute look of the cookies and different flavors that are outside the box! All I can say is, we did not enjoy not a single cookie out of the 4pk and will be driving the extra miles to buy from our normal spot, bc the Christiana location would never!!...

I went to the prices corner location around 7:45pm on 9/9/25 with my 2 yr old son & every single staff member that was working was so nice & fun, and so interactive with my son! Normally when i go into this location, the staff seems quiet or like they don’t want to be there, but these 3 people were not only working hard, but having fun doing it & made it a welcoming & fun atmosphere for the customers! They even gifted my son his own mini cookie with his own box, which was so exciting for him!

I wish I got the 3 staff members’ names while I was there because they definitely deserve some recognition & kudos for their excellent customer service! 👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼
