Harbor Freight — Local services in Wilson

Out of all the options of stores to purchase tools, Harbor Freight seems to be my go-to!

The prices definitely are much lower than other places that I've bought tools like Lowe's or Home depot.

This location in particular has friendly staff working there. They greet you as you come in the door and are extremely prompt and professional when asking questions or when checking out.

The store is much smaller than Lowe's or Home Depot so I find my experience there to much faster and efficient.

Recently I started designing a cabinet so I added a orbital sander and jigsaw to my set of equipment.

The one in Wilson, NC, is great, even for a Harbor Freight store. Staff is very friendly and outgoing, store is always well stocked and clean, very organized, and you can't beat the prices. Not every product is on par with what the big box stores offer. But with Hercules, Badlands, and Vulcan brands, just to name a few, they are a much higher reliability product than ever. I always buy the warranty cause it is covered in store and almost always just replaced...

If you are going to sell heavy items, have people on staff that can lift those heavy items or place them in the store where customers can lift them. The cart I needed was 90 pounds and no one could be bothered to get it for me or allow me to go get it. Manager was short and rude with 2 other customers while I was in there. Obviously doesn’t care about the Harbor Freight she is currently working for. I’ll take my business to other locations...
