If you are in the market for a new mattress set, then YOU MUST GO HERE! My husband and I went to purchase a full mattress set for our oldest son. We drove 25 miles to Wilson just to check out Mattress Outlet based on one other 5-star review and I am so glad we did! We could have chose at least 5 other stores in our hometown, but you really can't beat the price and overall experience at the Mattress Outlet in Wilson!! DJ was extremely nice and helpful and from start to finish our purchase was under 30 minutes (and we were talking to him for 10-15 minutes!). This company is not run on commission, so there is no pressure when you walk in the door. Went in, checked out all of the beds, chose the best one for our son, paid for it, and DJ loaded it up and tied it down to our SUV. Also, they have a great layaway service (pay what you want when you want without hidden fees), so we may take advantage of that someday when we are in the market again for a new King-sized bed. I called other mattress stores in Wilson to check prices and explained I was in search of a full size mattress set. I didn't want the cheapest but definitely did not want the most expensive. After finding out what I was interested in, I was told by them all that they were busy and either I had to call back or either they would call me back. Needless to say, I never heard from anyone. Very friendly sales person. Very knowledgeable and helpful, low pressure. Best prices around. 1/2 the price of Mattress Firm. Buying a mattress for our 4 year old and he didnt try to upsell us to an ultra expensive mattress because he understood that it wasnt going to be something that we would be planning on keeping for 10 years (energetic boy who loves to jump on the mattress and eat in bed).
