I have been going to this Walgreens for many years and not had any problemsâŚ.until today. The drive-thru line was extremely long so I went inside to pick up my prescriptions. There were two cashiers and three people ahead of me. In the line I was in, when the cashier was done with the man in front of me, she walked off and never returned. There were five other people in the pharmacy, all close to the front, and not ONE person, in all their moving around noticed that I was waiting at the register. No one said asked if I had been helped or said they would be with me. To top it off, the cashier at the other register seemed to be taking forever with this one lady and when he was done with her, he called the guy behind me up to the register! I said I was next. He said he thought someone was helping me! Really??? I guess the other cashier who walked off on me decided she was through checking out customers when she was done with the guy in front of me. I donât believe for one minute NOBODY saw me standing there. I was stunned and tried to give the benefit of the doubt because I normally receive great service from this pharmacy. However, I cannot see EVERYONE being that âbusyâ to the point of overlooking someone who is clearly waiting to be helped....

Incorrect information is constantly given you through their online text system and you can forget calling to get clarification because they NEVER NEVER answer the phone! They do not follow through with your insurance company if prior approval is required instead they will remove the prescription from your fill request without notifying you! So, on top of all this, and more, you go there for clarification and or pickup and wait 45 minutes, or more, only to leave more frustrated because your question(s) arenât effectively answered and all the meds you were expecting are not ready for some reason. Then the wonderful journey begins again waiting for that trusting text to come telling you your meds are ready, never mind calling with questions you have, then driving once again to the pharmacy to once again stand or sit in line for 45 minutes to only again find out something again is not right! I do not clearly understand what Walgreens pharmacy process truly is but one thing I know is it is clearly...

I explained to the cashier that I was new to couponing at Walgreens and she explained to me how the coupon worked and told me to make sure I used it before it expired. So I go back to purchase some items for my daughter and was going to use the coupon! The same cashier was working, she took my coupon and called a manager...then the store manager came! He looked at the coupon and said âitâs a copy, we canât take it! Itâs a fake coupon! Imagine how embarrassing it was to be accused, in front of a lot of other customers, of trying to use a FAKE coupon when it was the coupon THAT I RECEIVED FROM THAT STORE!
