Miami Grill — Restaurant in Wilton Manors

I went to this location yesterday, and I’ll say this, “ I will Never ever go there ever again.” I would not recommend this place to anyone who loves their health. I ordered the 5 wing platter and the fried wings were so mushy and soggy, and the fries, the wings were not hot at all. Miami sub grill is known for their food being drop fresh when ordered. My order food box container had water inside from the heat steaming off the food cooling off from sitting to long before they gave it to me. This must have been someone else’s order they pass down to me.

The blue cheese was not fresh at all, normally I would get this platter on a regular it’s my favorite so I know when it’s fresh and done the right way. Their has been countless of management replacement here and I can see why.

Ever since this female worker got hired at this location It has not been performing with good quality standards in food service half the time. This is why I stop going their for a while, I was starving and decided to give them another shot, the management has been getting the heat for it. Management ask if he can personally make my order again himself which was very nice and professional, he was very understanding and respectful, but I said “Nope. it’s like the worker sneezed in the food because I got strate contact of some kind of virus or bug, my body is very sensitive and will give me a quick response in fighting anything off.

This woman that served me bad food definitely, and tried to make the manager look bad! I called and spoke to her and told her what she did was wrong knowing she served me bad food, well she did not even apologize, she did not say anything for that matter, she just pasted the phone to the manager.

The owner is responsible for this. And this women will continue to cost his business to loose money. Or maybe he just...

Taste of Miami at its Best: Fresh & Speedy Service!

Today, I decided to treat myself at Miami Grill. Right from the get-go, I noticed the clean ambiance of the place. Although the dining area was surprisingly empty, their drive-thru service was bustling, indicating its popularity among on-the-go customers.

I opted for the grilled chicken sandwich paired with loaded fries. First off, the speed of the service was commendable. In no time, my meal was set before me, hot and inviting. The bread for the sandwich had this delightful flavor, perfectly complementing the freshly sliced tomatoes. Every bite felt wholesome, a testament to the quality of ingredients used.

The loaded fries were a treat, portioned generously and bursting with taste. However, while the food was top-notch, I did feel that the price point was a tad on the higher side, especially for a fast-food joint. Keeping that in mind, I'd rate my overall experience a solid 4 out of 5 stars.

If you're in the mood for a quick yet hearty meal in a clean setting, Miami Grill won't disappoint. Just be prepared to pay a little extra for the quality. Would...

Miami Subs Grill offers its own menu as well as Arthur Treachers (fish) and Nathan's (hot dog) menu items. All offerings are cooked when ordered, not in advance, including fries.

Contrary to what its name suggests, many offerings are deep fried, so not always the healthiest option, although there are many salad and grilled menu items, including chicken and fish.

Update: As of April 2018, eat-in orders are now served on real plates (rather than disposable plastic plates) with metal forks and knives, much like a full service restaurant.

Update May 2022: The restaurant is immaculately clean including the restrooms. The interior has been noticeably upgraded to a more pleasant look and feel.

This Miami Grill is a family owned franchise. The husband and wife team are always on site assisted by their adult children and extended family members.
