Rude and elitist. I came to this store with a six figure budget to furnish my new home. I had a friend with me who asked where the restroom. The sales person visibly eyed her up and down and stated "well, thats for our paying customers only". She pleaded with her and the women said, ok fine. I found it rude, and a strange approach, if they are trying to gain customers. But, didn't think too much of it as I looked over the items on the sales floor. While browsing I then overheard a woman and man having off-putting conversations about other customers. They made rude comments such "I'm sure you want that but show me your money first" then they would both snicker. I used their moving service in the past and had a great experience so I was looking forward to giving them more business.
