I really just had to take a moment to express my thanks and gratitude to the good folks at the Winchester Exchange. I am familiar with the business of jewelry and the huge mark-ups you typically find in mall establishments and chain stores etc... Last year I paid a visit in hopes of surprising my then girlfriend with an impressive engagement ring and was treated with the utmost respect and professionalism by BOTH Scott and Brandon. My purchase exceeded my expectations (and hers) They went above and beyond with regard to sizing and attention to detail... I left feeling satisfied and confident with my purchase!! Fast forward a year and a half later and it was my now, Wife's birthday and shortly after entering, I was greeted by Brandon who greeted me by my first name (whaaaat!?!) I work with the public everyday and when it comes to customer service I too pride myself in making those same connections with my customers and Brandon is top notch!! I highly recommend anyone to pay a visit and see for yourself (you may be surprised not only by what you find but the overall sales experience) Ask for Brandon - Tell him what you're looking for... whatever your budget may be and I promise your dollar will go much further and your happiness will last much longer - Support your local business and keep your money in the community when you can. It is far more gratifying than dealing with the faceless entity of the internet. ☆☆☆☆☆ Keep up the good work Brandon and the Winchester Exchange. Thank you, from a...
Read moreI honestly don't understand how pawn shops stay in business when most people who go to a pawn shop are lacking funds to do things before payday, so they go to pawn shops to make a quick Buck off of something so they can take care of what they need to do before payday and then come back and get it or just sell something they don't want anymore also to further help with their struggle, To only take items that are new and nothing older than 1 year old is ludacris especially seeing as your payout is treated kind of like GameStop and you don't give us a fraction of what it's worth, if I had new things like most people we wouldn't be coming to a pawn shop looking for some type of loan until we can get it out.... We would sell it online for top dollar.... The logic makes no sense, I understand your logic of saying it's hard to sell certain items, but that doesn't mean isolate everything but new, that's just being greedy along with the 20% interest rate with sold Goods.... it literally reminds me of GameStop.... because even now they're trying to do the same thing and don't sell old games no more..... Hmmmm patterns.... what you should do is be more wiser with your Investments and understand whats popular and what's not instead of punishing all of your customers 🤣 I Sr am laughing at you and your petty like emoji you gave my comment tells on your personality about the matter, no compassion or care.... Thanks for telling in your own simple minded way..... I won't be doing business here...
Read moreI came in to get a jade necklace and a few other pieces evaluated. The store itself is beautifully laid out and full of absolute treasures. The gentleman who assisted me with the evaluation joked that it's like a museum and it really is! They had pieces in stock that I haven't seen outside of museums (authentic scrimshaws, fantastically worked real cameos, an incredible antique perfume holder). It's a joy to look around and the people who work here are so incredibly kind and generous with their time. I was also surprised by how reasonable their prices are and I can't stop thinking about some of the necklaces I saw. This would be a perfect place to pick up an extra special, hard to...
