Our salesperson was a little distant/non personal at first. He welcomed us from a distance of about 40 feet and was not particularly engaging. Later, he warmed up to us and talked a lot, telling stories (even repeating the same stories); maybe a little too much. Overall, he was ok, not applying too much pressure.
Everyone in the store was friendly, especially the young lady doing our paperwork with us. But she didn't understand that we wanted to pay one half down and the balance before delivery. I didn't reiterate it as I was signing papers and we ended up charging about $4,300 to our credit card. I didn't realize it until we left the store, so didn't change it. The salesperson did mention it in her hearing, but it didn't stick.
We opted to not buy the additional warrantee, which sounded exceptional.
We have not taken delivery yet, so no comment yet on that.

In August we took delivery, but the chest of drawers was damaged near the bottom, so we refused delivery of that piece and it was delivered later. Also, the metal scroll work on the headboard was broken but we accepted that piece with the assurance of replacement of the broken part later. When they arrived to replace the part, they separated a long joint connecting the post to the main part of the headboard and caused another smaller damage as they twisted and pulled it out from the wall to install the part. We were interested in one of the mattresses on sale. The salesman checked to see how long the wait was for delivery and assured us we could have it delivered in a week. One week passed and there was no communication from the store. My husband called the next week, and they said a delivery would be made to the store next week. We waited another week, no call. My husband called back. They told him the mattress we ordered wasn't on the delivery truck that arrived at the store. After speaking to the manager, he found out that the salesperson should not have promised us the mattress in our given timeframe. We were offered a small refund if we wanted a lesser-quality mattress, which we refused. Then the manager said the mattress we paid for was last year's model, and he didn't know if they could get one at all. The whole process has been very frustrating and disappointing. I was told with the price my total would be 575 that included delivery fee and assembly fee. However when I got to the check out counter my price was 575 plus 119. I told the lady that there is no way this price is right. The sales person was called to the front of the store to insure that he did not give me a price with delivery fee. I said sir yes you did. Thank God I had witnesses. Remember I said I had to pay an assembly fee which was no problem. The problem was when I was told that they will bring it to my house, all I had to do was just show them where I wanted it and they will put it together and put it where I want it. Now first of all why should I have to give up my time for you to put something together in my house.
