As much as I would love to agree with all the raving reviews it saddens me to say that my experience was far from pleasant.
Overall experience: warm/cold soup, bland pizza, terrible manager.
our order is as follows: red rock bisque, chili soup, kids quesadilla, kids chicken tenders, fries, baja bbq chicken pizza, chipotle chicken pizza and two watermelon margaritas.
The soups arrive first. Decent portion size and looked appealing. Could definitely use some type of bread product to accompany it. The third most flagrant offense of the evening would be the temperature of the soups. I've never officially had "bisque" but I'm pretty sure the average temperature would be hotter than what I received which would be equivalent to the last serving of soup at the end of the day that was sitting under a lamp to keep "warm." Nonetheless it was still tasty. Chili soup decent but could also use heat as well.
Second flagrant offense of the night were the pizzas... to simply state they both were just nasty. The chicken lacked flavor and the texture was unappealing. The chipotle pizza was loaded as if it were nachos and still just didnt taste good. Not sure it had sauce but definitely needed it. The crust/dough was lackluster, almost as bland as the chicken. One slice was consumed; refused to waste my effort eating any more. Same could be said for the other pizza. Just cheesy bread with bland chicken and bbq sauce drizzled on top.
Oh and by the time our pizza arrive we FINALLY received our margaritas which essentially tasted like a jolly rancher. Was completely expecting fresh watermelon but my mistake I guess lol
First and most flagrant offense of the evening... the manager. As gracious as any decent person who is disappointed in their food can be, it was related to the waitress that the food was to our displeasure. As she seem quite uneasy she stated she would go talk to the manager and return. She return even more nervous and stated "I'm not sure what to do." It was reiterated yet again that the pizza were just not good and that we did not want them. She returned with the same nervous "I'm not sure what to do." She then arrives with the bill and was able to "finagle" the manager to take the most expensive pizza off of the tab. We politely asked to speak to the manager and here is where things get interesting...
Misty, the scheduled manager at the Winchester location this past Thursday evening, approached the table with great hostility and attitude. She stated that there was nothing wrong with the pizza and that we failed to inform the waitress what we wanted to rectify the situation. I politely informed her that it was beside the point that there was "nothing wrong with the pizza" (despite being just simply nasty) and that I would not be paying for a product that I did not consume. she failed to properly rectify the situation to begin with by not coming to the table herself the first time the waitress relayed our displeasure. I would have gladly accepted a substitute for the pizza but that was not given as an option. Anyway, someone in the back must have told her to get her stuff together because she strangely comes from the back with a modified attitude, receipt and stickers for the children while telling odd stories about other guest and herself being grandparents. She had a complete 180 in her attitude which should have been the first and only way she interacted with guest. Tad too little too late lady.
It is safe to say that I will never be returning to this establishment again.

Our waitress Megan R. asked for our drink order and then all we could order was 1 appetizer because no sooner I said the first one, she took off... we can't order more than 1 apparently. Then, she comes back with the appetizer and it wasn't the greatest. We ordered the battered Baja Tacos, Shrimp and Chorizo bowl and lasagna. My tacos (picture provided) should've been called veggie tacos because the fish was almost nonexistent. So thin... it had more veggies piled on top than anything else. I couldn't sub my black bean and basmati rice for something else and the rice i did get was crunchy and undercooked and the black beans were missing too. My stepdaughter's "lasagna" looked more like the innards of a stuffed pepper... she couldn't finish it. Overall, the service left a bad taste in my mouth before we even got our food... and we won't be back. I've even ordered their food before through GrubHub and they can't even get your order right. Spent $80 for a "meal" I could've got a better quality and service...
Read moreAfter having ordered several times to Stephen City off of tasker road they have given multiple excuses saying that they couldn't deliver to my place anymore that my condo was out of the mile radius. That was a bit confusing since if that was the case why have u delivered to me all those times especially after all the money I have spent delivering through them if u know that place can we expensive so obviously thought that was bad customer service especially being a regular customer that has spent a lot of money there and they're not really organized I have noticed since going back and forth with them! One minute they can't deliver anymore then they can again and then they can't, like make up your mind people. Has anyone had any problems like this with these people that work there!
