Update: Store staff does not actually care about their customers. I had to get on customer support to find out that only 16 hours after my special order replacement was ordered, it was declined. So it wasn't canceled on 9/12 but on 8/12. Absolutely ridiculous. I was NEVER contacted regarding this and it is completely unacceptable that a month and a half went by and I was never contacted and had to go in and find out for myself that it was canceled. So, when I went in two weeks after the replacement order to check on the status, they said that they could not track it which turns out is not true. They did not want to take five minutes out of their slow day and check on the status of my engagment ring. This is the worst experience I have ever had with any company in my life with no exaggeration.
Awful. Do not go here. They screwed me out of my engagement ring for my fiancé. I bought the ring knowing it would have to be resized. No big deal right? Wrong. She is a size 4 which I had told them. However, the ring I purchased was only able to be sized down to a 5 when they got it back. They did not tell me that when I bought it nor when she went in later to get sized to send it off. After weeks, the ring comes back a size 5 which obviously doesn't work for us so they offer spacing beads, a rubber spacer, or special order a size 4. I have no idea why they never brought up special ordering the size 4 until now but whatever so we do that. They said it will take 6 weeks. So, we send it off and check in after 2 weeks. They say they have no way to track it and we simply have to wait. Annoyed again. We check in after 6 weeks today, 9/24, only for them to finally track it and tell us that the company canceled it on 9/12... Not a single word of communication throughout the process nor when they canceled it. The associates reason for that was they have no way to see that stuff. I guess they never follow up on orders. The only reason this is 2 stars is because the in-store associates were friendly and understanding of the situation and gave me a refund but I still have to cancel the card. I will never shop here again or ever recommend this...
Read moreWent to zales because one of the gemstones in my earring was loose and if was brand new from another zales store, walked in and was greeted by an older lady and when I asked about getting the stone tightened she got super short with me and said it would have to be sent out, and then I asked if I could just swap the earring out and she said 'yeah, if I even have it in stock, we are probably sold out.' she didn't even see what pair I had nor did she even try to help me, she just walked away. Then another lady came to the desk and was super nice and she swapped my earring with the same pair and I was able to wear them out of the store. I'm really glad the other lady was willing to help and was so nice. So if you go to this Zales, don't have the older lady help you, she was super rude. Hope no one ever...
Read moreHORRIBLE...my husband purchased a special order mothers necklace..when I received it the chain was to short.I called local.store said there hands are tied because he got it on line..when he was at the store and an employee put the order in for him.so I then called customer care they tell me they can't exchange the chain I would have to send the whole piece back do a return and re order!!! My husband then called the only thing they offered was to go to our local store and PURCHASE an extender which was $69 dollars.
