Iâve been wanting to try their milkshake for a very long time.
So today, during our family fun, I took my family here- the one in Winchester.
We walked in, the music was SUPER loud. We tried to order over the loud music. We could barely hear what the cashier said- so, imagined talking over a loud music?! The cashier picked her phone up, called someone on FaceTime- she was on the phone the whole time while weâre trying to figure out what they have.
I then requested the cashier, word for word âCould you please put the volume down? Cuz I could barely hear youâ. And, at the same time, my 4year old climbed on their colorful bench for people to sit down, I said, âGet down pleaseâ
So, the lady who sheâs on the phone with, said something that made the cashier uncomfortable to respond back.
Anyways, the cashier put her music volume down, and we placed our orders. But then, she said she only one they have are this and this (pointed to the 4-5 âto go milkshake menuâ). So, we placed our orders, and while she enter our orders, I helped few of her customers, explaining them what they have. And, I even suggested the cashier (helping her basically), to may be cover the ones that arenât available for the dayâŚ. Thatâll make her easy right?! Think about it?
Then, the lady who sheâs still on the phone with, came into the store, and said to me âYou donât have to be rude to herâ. I said, I wasnât rude to her, I was just requesting her to put the volume down, and I was also telling my daughter to get off the bench, over the loud music.
But, apparently, she already made up her mind that I was rude to her friend (or may be her co worker). I asked the cashier, was I rude to you? She looked so confused to even respond to me.
She could barely count how much change she needed to give me back. I gave her $28, our orders was $27.19.
But, guess what, since I wasnât rude to the cashier, or anyone. And the way her friend or co worker accused me, I asked for a refund right away.

I wonât be back there for that reason. To expensive for...
