Update: The owners of the store called me recently to again argue the validity of the ring I bought. I do not think this was a good practice of professional behavior due to the argumentative nature of the phone call. The ring was fake, end of story. The manager even tested the ring while I was the store and determined it was fake. The issue is done and over with and I am moving on. My money was returned and they did give me a "gift" in the form of a small necklace. I will not conduct business with this establishment again for a variety of reasons. I asked the representatives of the store who called my cell phone to not contact me again. I think this store needs to readjust their business practices.

This store portrays the face of dishonesty! Earlier this month I bought a ring that was being marketed as 10k white gold with a teal-colored stone. At first I thought the ring was rather cool - hence why I acquired it. Other people I showed the ring to were skeptical of its' quality - hence why I decided to have the ring tested. Upon further examination at a reputable pawn shop and a separate jewelry repair shop, the ring was determined to not be as fine a quality as previously marketed by the sales associates at Elite Jewelers. I attempted to tell the sales associates at Elite Jewelers what the issue was after the first test was conducted, but they argued with me and I left the store feeling a bit let down - initially I actually felt like they beat me down with their words when they tried to convince me the ring was real; however, my skepticism did not go away. After the second test was conducted and the result was negative that the ring contains any gold on its underside, I called the store and asked for my money back over the phone. The response I received from the sales associate was nothing short of a rude and disrespectful nature, and at this point I was getting a bit testy myself. $421.20 for a ring is not exactly a small chunk of change - that type of money is equivalent to a house payment or a car payment. Jewelry is a nice to have type of thing, not a need, but a nice to have. I think everyone deserves to have something nice. In any case, her negative attitude prompted me to alert the mall office of the situation, something which I never thought I would have to do. I have never before dealt with such rude individuals concerning customer service at a retail store before this scenario. I hope the District Manager can correct this issue so that I may rescind this horrible review. In the meantime, the photos I uploaded to Google say everything that is needed in regards to this shoddy piece of costume jewelry. I am unimpressed with the quality of the ring and I am even more unimpressed with the quality of customer service conducted by the sales associates at this...
Read moreMy husband bought me a ring from Elite jewelers at the apple blossom mall for Christmas. They told him when he bought it that it could be returned at any time for any reason. After Christmas he tried to return it because I didn’t like it. They told him that he could only have a store credit. So I went in myself to pick out something different. With the ring and receipt. The woman who helped me was the woman who sold my husband the ring. I noticed while looking at everything that everything in the store was marked up so unreasonably high. She pulled out a calculator and kept typing in numbers telling me that she could mark it down to a lower price. I found a pair of earrings that she said would be a fair trade. When I got to the register a man sitting at the computer told me that there was a $274 difference? And I said.. “ the sales woman told me that it was an even trade.” Then he looked at me and said “ Let me tell you something.. Your ring has been sized, Your return expired yesterday, you need to pick out something else and get out of the store I’m doing you a favor.” Completely shocked and a little scared I picked out a cheap looking ring and left. While I was checking out the printer stalled and he was throwing crumpled up paper across the store and the sales lady was running around like a beaten dog picking it up making excuses for his behavior. I felt completely bullied and taken advantage of. I could have gone to Walmart and gotten a better purchase. The guy that runs this place is mean to the women who work there and a total crook. Totally unprofessional and I will never ever go there again. I feel like my $1000 Christmas present was a...
Read moreI had always dealt with big time Jewelers and they had always given me excuses on why something went wrong. One day while I was at the Apple Blossom Mall in Winchester, Va on my way to buy a ring and walked passed Elite Jewelers and noticed a stunning ring and I had to stop in and try it on. Eslam asked if he could help me, I explained to him what my issue with the other jeweler was and as he apologized for that other place when he didn't have to. I tried on the ring and fell in love with it and I knew that that moment Eslam was my jeweler and I would only deal with him from then on. I bought the ring and looked for the earrings to match but could not find it. I stop by the store all the time to see what they have and to see Kalista and Lisa because they are just the sweetest! Any questions I have on any of the pieces of jewellery are answered right away and even if the ladies don't have the answers they will call Eslam to find it out. I do suggest you go in and look around, even if they don't have what you want let them know and they'll make it for you. I had always went to the other places but Eslam, Kalissa and Lisa are the only ones I will ever deal with from here on. The TV are my jewellers and they...
