Background: Jose replaced ~1,200 sq ft of carpet in my 100 year old two story home including stairs.

Jose is very nice and easy to work with for measurements, quoting, and ordering. He provided options and his opinion what would look nice. He is very professional. He is a great communicator. He let me know when he could fit my job in as soon as my carpet arrived at the store. He also answered the many questions I had being a flooring novice. I could reach him at any time. His work is outstanding and fast. I didn't think this old house could look so good in a few days. This wasn't new construction, or a recent build where everything is square. This was an old house - and he made it look great. I'm picky. Jose went above and beyond to get every detail correct. (see before and after photos) Price. Jose was completely transparent on all of the install costs. I felt that he gave me a good price considering all of the work involved. You want someone who knows flooring. Jose does!

Jose came recommended from our carpet retailer. I called him and he was professional from the very beginning. We were given a clear, straightforward, and competitively priced estimate. He was very willing to work with us to allow us a time to move out the furniture ahead of time ourselves, which saved him time and saved us money. I left this morning and was gone less than 4 hours and when I got home both floors were done. The guys did an absolutely amazing job. And the cherry on the top was they cleaned up all messes, all I had to do was put my stuff back where it belonged.
