I went with my daughter to get her an upgraded phone. We were told the phone she was purchasing was on a special and Verizon would pay half the payment. After one month we saw it was not happening. So today I went in to ask what was going on. I was told then by the same salesperson that it was another phone that was on special. Not the one my daughter purchased. The phone was purchased specifically because of the deal the salesperson told us about. We talked about it at length on the day of purchase. There was no mistake on our part. We repeatedly asked on that day to make sure. So essentially today I was informed I had been lied to. They ripped off my teenage daughter who had saved her money to get a new phone. She is in school and had saved her money. I was told I had no recourse and they weren't going to do anything. I will never recommend this place unless you want to be lied to and ripped off.
Update. The headquarters for the business asked me to contact them and gave a phone number to reach them at. I left a detailed message expecting to have someone to call back as that was what their message said. I'm still waiting. Its been over a month. No one has made any effort to...
Read moreWe grudgingly went into the store because we desperately needed a phone replaced. Grudgingly, because our previous experiences in this store lacked decent customer service--to say the least. However, last night our experience was totally different. At a half hour until closing, we were greeted by the smiling face of Aaron Baca. He was knowledgeable, honest, professional, courteous, friendly and kept on smiling even though we kept him there an hour and a half past closing. He took his time to explain even the tiniest details to assure that we received the products and services that fit our needs. Aaron Baca--you are AWESOME. Thank you! Read moreThis store is pretty sad. The rep makayla is absolutly amazing but the higher ups really need to catch a grip. This poor girl is by her self day after day with nobody to help her. Customers screaming like children because they have to wait, which I dont mind the wait. Every time I come in, she is so filled with spirit, smile on her face and an uplifted mood.
