I place an order for a dinning table online yesterday and I find it in stock in this location I was so happy when they emailed me back that my order is ready for pick up today. I live in Fort Mill sc and I drove almost 2hours to get in there and I also placed an order for a matching chairs and a rug from different stores and when I get in there to pick up my order they say oh we don’t have in stock and the one we have in display is damaged 😡😡😡 what is worse with all these is the lady working there she was very rude to me and she said I will cancel your order and you get your money back thats all we can do… I told her at least you could inform me that you don’t have it… she said we don’t do that…. That is ridiculous and unacceptable to play with your costumers like that I’m writing right know and I’m crying shame on...

The store itself is not bad. It is clean, well organized and had some nice pieces. However, I will not patron a place where the staff is ignorantly rude. My husband was looking at a piece of furniture. The sales woman wanted to check a price on the item sitting on top of the piece and with her body moved him out of the way. Listen, not a bad store. Nice merchandise, lots to see here. However, the strong fragrance at Kirkland's makes you just want to hurry yourself right out of there.
