Central Kitchen and Bath — Local services in Winter Park

Complete remodel of kitchen and 1.5 bathrooms. Pam was the designer. After the sale, I felt Pam was condescending and difficult to work with. About a year later, we had issues with our white kitchen cabinets chipping. I called Pam. She told me that my warranty had expired. I called the kitchen cabinet company directly and they came out and replaced my cabinet doors. However, after another couple of years, they started chipping again. So disappointed….

Edited to add -in hindsight; I feel like I got low-grade cabinets at designer prices. Partly my fault, because I didn’t do enough research.

To your response and because you asked - I don’t have any children in the house, just me and my husband. So they are not scratched or scraped; the paint definitely chipped. As I stated, the cabinet doors were replaced one time, and now they’re chipping again. Unfortunately I feel like my builder grade original cabinets that were 20 years old held up better...

We did a total tear-out and renovation of our Kitchen. Our Designer did a fabulous job on the layout and helping us with product selection. Our Installer was incredibly detailed and did a perfect job on the installation. The cabinet company made a minor error on the Sub-Zero control panel which Central Kitchen and Bath promptly resolved. And, we had a minor issue with the cabinet pull on the dishwasher. They sent a Service Technician, literally about an hour after I called, who fixed the problem. Bottom line, Central Kitchen & Bath is an outstanding firm with a great General Manager, quality products and excellent associates who design, install and service...

Paul, We started our total kitchen renovation with Lauren Bailey, boy did she know her stuff! Pam Foley took us thru ordering and installation and did a great job with follow thru. Ron did a superb job installing the kitchen and He was the best craftsman we had on our entire home renovation. He keep working and adjusting until it was perfect. Thru out the remainder of the renovation my wife and I keep saying "I wish Ron could install that..." or "I wish Ron was here to do that…". Our experience with Central Kitchen could not have been better....
