Long overdue review for this bakery location since I have been here more than 10 times since it opened.
Food: I have tried a lot of the bakery items such as carrot cake, monkey bread, apple turnover, croissants, apple tart, bread pudding, chocolate crossaints, etc. one thing I can tell you…. They really focused on quality and balancing their flavors. I usually find pastries very sweet or overpowering. But Crossaint gourmet has done such a good job in creating a light sweet balancing pastries throughout each item and it is consistent. For example: they have one of the best carrot cakes with a light sweet balancing cream and carrot w/ the cake part being a little salty to counter the flavor with the walnut. Literally they have the best carrot in Orlando so far. I have tried them all from glass knife, Gideon, sister honey, charlies, Publix , Whole Foods, etc. The monkey bread is done similar where the honey keeps the top part of the cake and the bottom is a dry cinnamon bread layer. Combined together it goes so well with a cup of coffee. In addition, I love their apple turn over because it is so crunchy with a mouth full of apple filling in it; especially when it is warm. I do wish it was a bigger pastries haha The prices for this pastries are on the higher side but not as expensive as glass knife or other bakeries and restaurants. Definitely worth the cost. 5/5
Service: very helpful and super attentive. They clean up their patio fast and it prevents flies flying around. Furthermore, I love when they bring your latte to you if you drink there, they give a small Madeline to go with it. Even though it is tiny, the detail and effort plays a crucial impact to the experience. It makes the experience better. 5/5
Atmosphere: great atmosphere especially for a date or to come read a book. They are trying to regret a chill casual Parisian atmosphere coffee shop with the music and vibe. I wish they can put up a fake wall outside to hear less of the cars driving around. 4.5/5

From the moment I walked into Croissant Gourmet, I knew I was in for something special. The atmosphere is warm and inviting, with that charming European café vibe that instantly makes you feel at home.
What truly stood out to me, though, was the exceptional service. The management team clearly takes pride in what they do — everything was running smoothly, and you could feel their attention to detail in every corner of the restaurant. They even came by to check on guests personally, which is such a rare and appreciated touch.
The employees were nothing short of amazing. Friendly, professional, and genuinely welcoming — you could tell they care about the customer experience. From great menu recommendations to the way they presented each dish, everything felt intentional and thoughtful.
And of course, the food… absolutely delicious. The croissants were buttery, flaky perfection, and every item I tried tasted fresh and authentic. You can tell this place is passionate about quality and tradition.
If you're looking for a spot where you'll be treated with kindness and care while enjoying some of the best French pastries around, Croissant Gourmet is it. I can’t wait...
Read moreI came in on opening day, I ended up purchasing the “Royal” and a cup of iced coffee. Wasn’t sure what kind of coffee I wanted and asked for the staff’s recommendations and went along with that. Safe to say to coffee was delightful, flavor was excellent and could not get enough of it! The staff was very helpful with walking me through their menu since I had not been to their other location before. The “Royal” was phenomenal to say the least! It was creamy, rich, smooth, and had an awesome bite on the floor of the slice. People may complain that it’s a little pricey but they don’t know what they are paying for. You’re paying for the quality and experience of actual French products made by French expertise. I also witnessed staff helping out others and they were all super polite and willing to help out which ever way they could. If you want to have a delightful coffee and a beautifully tasty dessert, this is the...
