Loren is absolutely the best!! She's super sweet, fun, knowledgeable, kind and offers the newest and best techniques out there! I really can't say enough good things! I have been going to 180 Medspa for years but never had a facial! Crazy right? I met Loren, finally, in the lobby. She was super warm and friendly and I scheduled my first appointment with her that day. It was so relaxing and fun! I felt like I was hanging out with my best friend! Loren explains everything she's doing and why it will benefit you. She encourages you with healthy goals, like for me...wearing sunscreen and drinking more water. She checks on you regularly thru text messages and is always, always, always available if you have questions or concerns. Her office is beautifully decorated, comfy, cozy with soft, relaxing music playing in the background. I have told all my friends about Loren because I feel like I got really lucky, just accidentally meeting her. Now I go once a month for facials, microchanneling etc... best thing I've ever done for myself! ...

Her customer service skills are outstanding, she is very friendly, and caring. She will make you feel like a queen during your treatment and as well as pamper with champagne which is a very kind gesture. The set up is very posh, contemporary, stylish, and cozy.

As far as the facials itself, my skin always feels so smooth, clean, and baby soft after. Skin is very oily so the specific facial that I get unclogs all of my pores which is essential. She is very knowledgeable in her field and knows her stuff. When I’m getting my facials she talks me through all of the products and the whole process of what she is doing. She gives me a plethora of skin care information and always enlightens me on how to maintain excellent healthy skin conditions for when I go back home, which is very useful!
