Dena is the most well rounded personal trainer I have ever met! She is approachable, relatable, and willing to work with you, regardless of your fitness level and goals. She takes pride in her gym and her craft and it shows. She customized workouts to my abilities and goals to ensure the exercises were safe, yet challenging and productive. She is patient with all of my questions, demonstrated proper forms, and gave me helpful coaching in the gym and the kitchen.
