I was only at this property for a very short period of time due to transfer of employment but compared to a lot of apartments in the Orlando/Winter Park area this property is top notch! The property is located near everything you can think of Winter Park such as Flemings, Publix, cinema, Miller Ale, Houston's, etc and they're all just a walk away. Inside the complex, you have big spacious lobby where you play pool, watch television, and even play arcade games. The staff and maintenance are friendly and attentive to whatever your concerns are as well. In the upstairs lobby, you have a gym separated by three rooms (yoga room, cycling, and standard gym room), and two business centers (one has two iMac computers). The pool area is a clean, tropical resort style paradise and the mail room is contemporary and clean. They even have a ice maker machine and a loading dock for those moving in/out. Oh and let's not forget they have wifi and cable that services the entire building which is included in your technology package with rent. The apartments are cozy yet detailed and I suggest if you can to get a pool view. I do wish they had bigger floor plans for the price you're paying and tinted windows because you can see right in someone's apartment if the shades are up. Overall, they do keep the property clean daily so you would never see any messes that I know of around there.

Beware! I am writing to express my concern regarding an issue that has arisen with Juno Winter Park, where I lived in during its transition from Broadstone to Juno. At the end of my lease during the pandemic COVID 19, I moved out of the apartment, leaving it in perfect condition, paying every month faithfully and complying with the months I signed up for.

Unfortunately, the Juno administration sent an amount of $133 to collections, which I have no idea what it is for. This action has severely impacted my ability to secure future housing options, as it has negatively affected my credit score. Despite my repeated attempts to contact the Complex and rectify the situation, the collection is still showing up on my record.

As someone who has worked hard to maintain a high credit score, always between 750-800, I am deeply concerned that this misunderstanding cannot be resolved. I hope that this matter can be rectified as soon as possible, as it is truly affecting my life.

I would appreciate it if you could investigate this matter and help me remove this matter from collections. I have provided specific details about the date of my move-out, the condition of the apartment, and my consistent payments to assist with your investigation.

My fiancé and I came to look at a few floor plans. It started off with no one being at the front to greet us, to then seeing a girl running around frantically and crying. The leasing agent Sarah finally showed up and grabbed our ID and said she would be back in 5 minutes that she was going to help a tenant. Meanwhile the girl was on the office phone cursing and crying this went on for another 15 min. I believe it was her boyfriend that came down and the whole debacle continued. At the point we just wanted to leave , but she had my ID. Then she finally showed with food in hand and the fiasco that was going on escalated and she had to get involved. I would say we were there about 45 min when she came back we just told her we wanted to leave. We weren’t the only kens waiting and witnessing what was going on. This is the most expensive apartment community in Winter Park and you would think things would be a little more professional. I no longer have an interest in living there due to this experience and it’s a shame because from what I saw online the apartments look great. I didn’t want to believe the reviews in regards to the rowdy college kids that live here, but I guess it’s true aside from the staff not being professional.
