Lovesac — Local services in Winter Park

We bought our sactional about a year ago now. We have loved every moment with it. We were looking for a couch that could double as a place for guests to sleep but hated every traditional pull-out couch iteration for our home.

I saw the Lovesac on Instagram and saw they had one near me in Winter Park. The showroom was a game changer, really, being able to feel the couch, play around with different configurations, and see fabric samples in person.

The couch has held up beautifully. The only negative I have is the down feathers. We hate them. Not only is it just a thin layer of feathers, but they get everywhere. They poke out of the couch and stab you when you are sitting on it, and washing the covers is a nightmare. Every time I pull the covers off, my apartment looks like a chicken coop. The Winter Park Lovesac store is amazing! We were greeted by Ian and he walked us through the all the different options that Lovesac offers. He was able to show us all the different features while still allowing my husband and I to have some space so we could discuss amongst ourselves. We left the store knowing we were going to make a purchase once we saw the fabric swatches in our home. Ian followed up the next day and was super patient while we deliberated over the fabric color. 2 weeks later and we finally made our decision and I was able to finalize our purchase via text & email which was great!
