From Noah and Chris on that first providential day when we knocked on the door at UDB in Winter Garden by total chance to having a dream come true all these months later, it has been a joyful and stress-free journey. Thank you especially to ring designer Theresa for your patience and perseverance - making dream rings with clients long distance is no easy thing and you did it with great professionalism and empathy. I especially appreciated the demo rings they had in the store that helped me decide stone size and basic band design. They were magnetic and you could mix and match to get the desired outcome - better than a CAD graphic.

We will no doubt be back for other special occasions. For reference I purchased a 3.03ct lab grown pear stone. The team then made a custom band. We live in MA so I worked with Theresa remotely to get the project over the finish line. The ring shipped overnight, I had zero concerns about it getting lost in the mail as it was secure and insured and turned up in mint condition. Chris and Theresa went above and beyond with our ring purchase. I bumbled in there like a typical guy with a vague idea of what she wanted, and Chris advised me by saying look you are going to mess this up by yourself, invite her in here and we will custom make the ring exactly the way she wants it. It was amazing advice. My fiancé was grinning from ear to ear designing the ring. The lab grown diamond is the way to go. I bought a way bigger/nicer diamond then I would have if I was going the traditional diamond route. It also feels better knowing there are no unethical aspects of a blood diamond. They 3D print the ring out of wax so you can try it with the stone before they make the ring. It only took a couple weeks for the ring to come in and they were class acts during the whole process, keeping us in the loop the whole time. I cannot recommend them enough.
