Min's Asian Massage — Local services in Wisconsin Dells

I have been to Min’s a handful of times now, I would say around 8. If you are looking for a straight forward and effective therapeutic massage I highly recommend her. It’s not going to be a luxury spa experience, there are better places for that (sun mountain) but Min’s is the place to go to get the job done. I drive semi and there are some days when my body is just sore and my muscles are tight and I don’t want to wait for an appointment that I have to book out days ahead. Min’s schedule is very working class friendly and it’s easy to get an appointment almost always the day you call. Her space isn’t fancy but it is clean and comfortable. Her prices are affordable and based on the experiences I’ve had I have always given a generous tip. I always leave feeling way better than when I showed up. I read one review that said the level of touch was inappropriate and I disagree. I was caught off guard the first time I went because she does get right up close and personal but I have never felt uncomfortable in any way. She is very thorough and I think she takes much pride in her work. She gives you water and chocolate when you leave. An hour massage, I told her I wanted my left shoulder and my neck rubbed. She pulled my socks off and wanted me to know if I wanted to take off my underwear; I told her that I only wanted my upper body messaged. She rubbed my shoulder and my neck for about 4 minutes then she rubbed my arms my legs hands, feet. I told her when she started rubbing my legs that I only wanted my upper massage. She said she understood and started rubbing my lower back and then went right back to rubbing my legs. She did not give me any advice about seeing anyone else. I have had several massages and I go to a chiropractor regularly. This is by far the worse "message" that I have ever received. I wonder if the woman who did this "massage" has even had any training whatsoever. I have a hard time believe that this is the owner. My wife also had a half hour massage, this is the worse "massage" she has even received. She also asked for upper body only- neck and shoulders, she also got her feet, legs, lower back and arms. Strange, horrible experience. Went to get massages with my partner while waiting for our hotel check-in. To keep it short, masseuse scheduled our appointments over someone else's and rudely told him (an older gentleman with mobility issues who drove 20 minutes to get there) to leave. She brought up my deceased mother and would not drop the subject, tried to remove my partner's underwear after he said he was uncomfortable to, told my partner "no woman will ever love him" because he has scars on his chest, made me run across the street to a gas station to get cash to pay her, (despite being able to accept credit cards) and demanded a $10 tip for both massages.
