I have been coming to this establishment since fall of 2024. Surprised as another stated that this establishment only had a 3.7 rating?! But finally I have time to write a review and post a few pictures.

I can’t say enough good about this place. The food is incredible. The staff does a great job here. The inside is always clean and welcoming.

The food comes up fast fresh and hot. They have a nice little bar area if you just want to have a margarita and have some chips and salsa. There is plenty of room for seating and they can handle large groups of people efficiently. The other night I saw a part of 13 come in and they were attended to right away.

I have had their burritos and they are amazing. They also are huge! Very good.

Chips and salsa are always good. Honestly I seldom get the chips and salsa because I want to save room for the food I ordered!

If you ever come to the Wisconsin Dells area…they are located right on the main road Coming into the Dells, or as you are leaving. The establishment is right next to BMO bank which is on the corner. There is limited parking in the front on the street. But there is parking also on the side streets on either end of the block and there are is parking directly across the street.

There are times they will have live music and dancing. They get in some very talented groups of musicians.

Not a good experience. It was a Saturday night. Hospitality and management poor. The waiter took our order for drinks and food brought our drinks. Never came back to see if we wanted anything else. I had to wave to another employee if I could have another drink because our food had taken longer than normal. We then waved another employee if we could get more chips again because our food had not arrived. Once our food came it came in two different times two entrees tacos, rice and beans. Our children had to wait for theirs chicken nuggets and french fries. By this time we just wanted to go. We started to eat but the taco meat was chunky and hard. Again I wave to a person who look and acted like management. The lady came over and told us that's how it sometimes comes out. ( Unbelievable ). We didn't leave the first time we wanted because we have always wanted to give management the opportunity to make things right. It didn't happen. Again waited for our bill. I had to wave to our waiter again. My fault on this one I paid the bill right away. My wife said she wanted to check the bill so she did. Finds out the waiter charge us for cheese sauce we never received. I tell the management we were over charged. She me it would be to hard and take to much time to put the money back on my card. She then gives me 10% discount card with a free taco. (Really ) Not...

We have been wanting to go to this restaurant for a very long time only to finally go with a very big group of people and everyone end up disappointed! El Asador has a great menu for Mariscos; however didn't have Mariscos that day we went!!!!! I asked for a plate that included Shrimp, since they didnt have shrimp I asked if they would charge me a different price they said No!!! then I buy a taco dinner and want a taco de Cecina, they said NO! they could not include this taco in my order??? then my mother orders a taco de Milanesa and they say if she wants this specific meat it has to be 2 tacos?? but she only wants one? (never been to a restaurant where they tell you what to eat!!!!!!!!!!!) Our server was nice or at least looked nice, after all we only seen him 2 times if anything. A manager came to our table, we shared our experience and how as a business they should try to make their costumers happy i mean all we were asking for was 1 taco of what ever meat!! she said our comments would be taken into consideration but did not bother to change our experience for better.
