Every time I go to or even call this place, it is an awful experience. Even when my prescription is so-called ready, I am still in line for 20 minutes or longer, and sometimes it’s not even ready, even after I received a text. They do not answer the phone, yesterday I tried getting through to the pharmacy and I waited for over 55 minutes. Same today only 65 minutes, I was trying to call and check on a prescription which was not available yesterday, but was supposed to be in today. When no one answered, I tried the manager, but that was just as bad, waited over 15 minutes and then finally someone answered the phone and said they weren’t the manager and hung up. We tried going there and when we got there, we waited in line of course, and then finally a pharmacist said that the product never did come in today. Read moreThey have some new staff that are very nice and are currently open and operating, however they are “temporarily closed” AGAIN. Can’t get through on phone for my dr to order a px and another pharmacy can’t get through to have px transferred even. I seriously don’t get it, how do you operate like this? This is a vital service that people depend on for their literal lives, this is just unacceptable. Will be transferring all prescriptions as soon as they decide to open the phone lines again even though they are fully staffed and open....

Your staff is overworked and undertrained (and I assume underpaid). Because of staff shortages, there aren’t sufficient pharmacy hours to accommodate working customers. There is insufficient product on the shelves.
This isn’t the fault of the people working there. This is a systemic, corporate issue.
