Potential Customers Beware! Went to Dimple's today for a simple, routine brow threading----please see below for our experience. Dimple: the way that you cut the skin under my daughter's eyebrows during the threading today at 5:20pm is very bad, unacceptable and very upsetting. She is now in a lot of pain, the skin is red and raised and there are cuts on her skin!! The top skin layer came off in 2 areas and the white is showing underneath after the bleeding. This has never happened when we have had this service! You came over to ask me how is everything in my day with a smile, and tell me your day is great before we checked out and paid you without telling me what had happened! On top of that, you blamed the customer- while you were rushing through the threading and only advised her to hold tighter to the next eye, AFTER damaging the skin on the first eye. You should have called me over there to see what had happened. Now I'm having to give her immediate medical treatment to avoid possible skin infection. This is the worst, customer service that your establishment has given. You also put powder on her eyebrows with a communal brush after seeing the bleeding. Read moreWent to Dimple’s Salon today. The owner whose name is Dimple was working on my hair. After putting the color on my hair, she claimed she has to leave because she is not feeling well. She asked the other lady to take care of my hair. The other lady was using her phone the entire time and didn’t pay attention to whether I needed to wash off my hair or not. After one hour of making me wait there with color on my hair, I asked her whether now it would be a good time to wash my hair or not, she said okay. She didn’t use conditioner on my hair, making my hair very sticky and she didn’t wash my hair properly either. Without even washing my hair properly, she said it’s all done. I came back home with soap on my hair and she didn’t dry my hair off for me either. When I asked her, she started behaving rude and said she can’t dry off my hair and went back to watch Indian dramas on her phone. Awful service and will never go back here. No wonder they don’t...
Read moreI had an appointment scheduled for 10 am. No one was here and I didn't receive a call. I hung around for 20 min but no one showed up. It's been over an hour and still, no call. I'm so disappointed because I moved to the area from out of state and was looking for a new stylist.
4/1/2019 edit - it's been 8 months since my last review. The owner just posted a response, attributing the situation to human error. I 100% can forgive human error. I cannot get over poor customer service though. If this establishment intended to make things right, I would have at minimum expected them to call to apologize and offer to reschedule the appointment. Instead, 8 months later, my concerns were downplayed and attributed to human error. The error is that I was not offered good customer service when the human error was discovered.
