I called them to make an appointment to fix my back camera sensor and I had to pay them before I got there. So after I paid them he transferred me over to someone to make an appointment now mind you I live in Jersey City New Jersey where there is a Best buy. But he never told me that the Best buy in Jersey City doesn't have a bay. So now I'm trying to find a place that has a bay with the lady on the phone and everything is so far away so now I wanted to get a refund and they were running me around and transferred me from one person to the next. At this time now I'm getting pissed off because nobody is trying to help me get this refund back after not giving me the full information. They give me a claim number and tell me all I have to do is go to Best Buy and I'll get a new remote. I specifically asked if I had to bring the whole package back...
