Buffalo Wild Wings — Restaurant in Woodbridge Township

Absolute worst experience! We arrived and was seated in the patio area, 15min in we were still not greeted by a server. We saw one girl walk by us AT LEAST 5 different times assisting other tables. I stopped her to kindly ask if we have a server and she says oh I'll be right with you. 10min later she finally comes back to take our order, no apologies or anything for bypassing us numerous times and not at least even letting us know she'll be right with us. We understand if you're busy but simple things like that go a long way. She's taking our food/drink order and I asked her what kind of Bourbons/Whiskeys they have. She didn't know so I just asked for a Jameson because usually most bars have that. 15min later she comes back with one drink, not mine, and says they're out of Jameson. Once again asked what else they have, she still didn't know and went to go check. 10min later we see her assisting other tables and bringing food/drinks out. Another 5-10min goes by and she finally comes back and struggles remembering to tell me what liquors they have. So to make it easy I ordered a Redemption Bourbon since that's one of the few she remembers. 10min later she comes back and says they do not have that either. Mind you, we are literally sitting right next to the bar! At this point we requested the manager, he comes and we advised him of our experience so far and he apologized. He lets us know they actually do have Redemption and he would get it and didn't charge us for it. He brings the drink and at this point at least 30min has passed and still no food so he goes and checks on it. Meanwhile, our server continues to pass our table and doesn't even check to see if we were good or needed anything. The manager finally brings our food and half of it is cold. We then requested to move to a different section because clearly our server wanted nothing to do with us. We moved inside and had a different server who was fantastic! She was attentive and proactive with a positive attitude. We ordered more drinks and they came back right away. Within the first 5min she came to our table more than the previous server did the entire time we were on the patio! Kudos to her and they need to retrain the girl working on the patio because that is terrible customer service. The newer server is the ONLY reason the stars are deserved.. IF we ever go back, that's a big IF, we will make sure we have that wonderful server and stay far away from...

Overall, I'm NOT impressed. Thank goodness we were here on a visit, and this isn't our local venue. However, feel sorry for the locals who have this place as their example of BWW. We arrived at 1 pm on a weekday, myself and 2 daughters and I observed that they had maybe 5 tables seated and about 7-8 people at the bar, not busy, so we decided to stay.. We waited over 5 minutes to be seated, then sat at the table for another 5 minutes, having our server look straight at us before coming over 2 minutes later to take our order. It had been over 5 minutes since she took our order, no drinks.. thank goodness for cell phone entertainment and general conversations... and that the kids were not starving. 1st photo is 22 minutes after being seated. In all fairness, drinks arrived right after that photo. Food arrived at 1:30, NO napkins (or silverware, but overlooked that because we all ordered basically finger food). I ordered boneless wings, teriyaki sauce on the side, and ranch. Received an extra blue cheese that I did not order. Overall, it is tasty, up to standard for the most part. Boneless wings were overcooked (in my opinion), and teriyaki sauce tasted sour, like old fermented sour.. absolutely awful. Fries were good. One of the girls ordered 10 bone in wings, no sauce, she finished them, the other ordered a classic chicken sandwich and everything pretzel bites- she ate half the sandwich and a few bites. Finished eating about 1:45, and it is now past 2 p.m., and the waitress has not been back to the table to refresh drinks or even check in. I went up to the wait station and asked another person for our check stating that I wasnt sure where our waitress was and that we are finished, nicely might I add, and the VERY rude woman literally snapped at me, "Your waitress is right over there, and we are busy right now", I was polite and said no problem but her attitude and response were completely unnecessary. My daughter also witnessed this same woman berating our waitress, all the while just standing there watching her do all the work and not helping her. (I do not say this lightly.. but that woman should be fired or at the very least put on a performance plan of some kind) We will definitely never come back to this location, even on future trips...

i normally don’t leave reviews and if i do they’re always good. however this was the actual worse dining experience i ever had. i timed this visit, it took twenty minutes after we sat down to even be GREETED. not even a hello to let us know we were seen. so we give a drink order takes ten minutes and we give an apps order. after we got our apps we didn’t see our server for another thirty minutes and we received no napkins or utensils. mind you we were watching her walk around the restaurant and greeting other tables. so after we gave our food order we ordered our meals, specifically a bundle but apparently that’s only for to go orders, but she didn’t specify that she just said ok and put our orders, not before coming back and asking for our order again cause she didn’t listen the first time. so our food comes and it’s wrong and we don’t say anything because we don’t want to wait longer and we know we won’t see her again for another thirty minutes, plus we wanted to give the benefit of doubt maybe she was having a bad day. now it’s been two hours we don’t even want to eat in here we ask for boxes and the check. the check comes and we get charged 25 dollars for the combo that we didn’t order or eat. she told us in a matter of fact tone, “we don’t do bundles, but i don’t care i’ll take it off regardless” after we showed her the bundle on the menu she said “ohhh ok but that’s only take out”. why didn’t she say that when we ordered it instead of putting something random in ? they took off the difference which left the bill to 80 dollars, for the actually worse service. don’t forget it’s the end of the meal and still no utensils. we got our drinks fifteen minutes after the food as well. we sat there for two hours. manager could care less just handed the bill and...
