We absolutely LOVED Kent Jewelers. It’s a family owned business that have been in the industry for 20+ years. You can see the amazing quality of their work. They hand pick their diamonds for any customizations to ensure that you get the best of the best! We had just started to look for our wedding bands and were in awe by how quickly they catered to our every needs and how well they worked within our budget. We have been talking about them to all our friends and family members, we told them how great everyone working at Kent was. They were sweet, professional, kind, gave us plenty of options and we did not FEEL ANY PRESSURE (this is huge for me)! You could just feel how much they wanted to help you. It truly was a breath of fresh air working with them. They gave us a free cleaning and polishing service for my engagement ring, sized the new wedding band THE SAME DAY, and gave a complimentary box with lighting for my engagement ring (the box is beautiful, much better than what my fiancé received for my engagement ring to be honest). When I showed my mom her mouth dropped when she saw how my engagement ring glistened in the box with their complimentary cleaning. They gave us a complimentary chocolate box (so sweet) with our purchase. You can’t beat this type of customer service!!! We had wiggle room to even buy my fiancé a brand new watch from Kent Jewelers for the wedding day as well! We compared prices to what we saw at other jewelers to what we paid for at Kent, they are UNBEATABLE for the same style, quality, grade and color for the diamonds. I bought this beautiful 18k pave band with colorless GIA certified diamond wedding band. My mom is a perfectionist and she LOVED the band as well. My fiancé came to Kent Jewelers to find my engagement ring and I am in love! I always receive compliments on my ring and how beautifully unique it is. Great customer service ever in my life

So, Its my first time to purchase diamond ring. Freddy, He was my guy who gave us great lecture about the diamond before we even look at their rings. Anyway, He was so honest, and ready to work with us and all customers.

I went 3 times to look at the diamon and setting, they never pushed me or rushed me at all.

He took his time and Show me all different diamonds and settings.

Of course, He works in a budget too!! So far, we purchased 3 diamond rings and we all happy and love them!!!
