Usually, I don't like to leave a review, but this one I had to. Wish I could give them no star. No wonder why they have all positive reviews here because they are such a paid review.

This post is to raise AWARNESS AND THINK TWICE IF YOU ARE PLANNING TO BUY FROM THERE!!!!

They are all liars, and they actually don't know what they are saying. Even you will be confused with their words. You will not find the same words they say every time. They make you way too fool you can't even think about.

A few days ago, I bought a whole jewelry set, which the per gram price was $79 or $80. But they charged me $82.50, which is completely fine. I don't know how they did calculation, but according to their words, they charged me extra. Even with the making charges and duty taxes, they did something that I still can't match their calculations with their words.

There's a lot of things that happen that are not right to share here. But let me come to the point. On that day, they were unable to give us a computer receipt rather than they gave me a handwriting receipt. They did not say that their system was down. When we went back to the store from NY all the way today, they gave me the computer receipt . When I saw the receipt and guessed what the per gram rate they mentioned was $79 for that day. Where I told you, they charged me $82 on that day.

Also, I would like to mention that, there customer service is also very bad. The salesperson named Divya was way rude. And when you try to say something, she will get hyped easily. So, as the other salesperson. I also tried to contact in website customer service when I mentioned the price differ on the website and in store. She also avoided my question, and it seemed like she got caught. (Ss attached below).

And there's a lot of complications they made. You will be confused. At the end of the day, you will get scammed.
