I am sorry to say I had a very poor experience at this location today. My mom and I came to the store with my one year old in a stroller. We were not greeted when we came in, and one of the associates gave me a dirty look (presumably because we were entering the store on a busy Saturday afternoon with a stroller). As we walked around the store, one of the associates made a remark to my mom that my daughters blanket was dragging ALL over the floor. As she walked past my mom and the stroller, and was walking past me, she scoffed and remarked “EW” as my mom tried to tuck the blanket back in our stroller. My mom and I just walked to the front of the store and left. We were honestly just appalled at the behavior of this individual. As a mom, I always felt confident going into evereve to shop, however I no longer feel that way and will not be returning to this location. My advice would be to hire associates that take pride in their customers, not shame them for...

Cute clothing, but disappointing customer service. Every time I walk in, I’m not greeted and treated like I won’t spend any money - therefore they won’t even say hello to me. Which is sad because when I find things I like, I’ll spend as much as I want. Sadly, they’ve lost my business after this afternoon when I stopped by. This was probably the 10th+ time this has happened at this location or others. It’s terrible! I was planning to try on a few pairs of jeans and had a $200 sweater I loved (and would have for sure bought) in my hands. I put it back after nobody helped me. I’ll spend my hard earned money...

I used to love this location and it's just gotten horrible, I'll nvr go here again. The last few times I've been there NOBODY greets me or anything. Today I went after wrk as I need a dress and there were I think atleast 4 people working and not 1 greeted, spoke or acknowledged me. Yet they were trying on clothes with each other and yapping about how the clothes look good on them or make their butt's look funny. Absolutely appalling behavior from grown women in a high end store!!! ...
