Disgusted. I was there shopping with my husband & two toddlers. We were so excited that they had pacifier baby there we usually go to the one in Minneapolis so it was good to know they had another location near by. However, the experience there was horrible. The worker who was working that day she said her name was (EMILY) the receipt read ELA we were there shopping for an about half an hour or so and seemed like she was getting annoyed. I like to give people the benefit of the doubt maybe that’s just how she looks, cool. (Like girl, you mad because we spending a little more time in there because of how excited we were to shop??”) I didn’t care much even though I did see her I just wanted to shop. However my husband was telling me how uncomfortable she made him feel, looking agitated, not friendly at all, when we asked her to look for a shoe she looked like she did not want to help and had random (workers? Friends?) that walked in and walked around him and my kids as if they were going to take something. He had also mentioned when shopping around she looked very annoyed. We had bought our things and left and he was telling me how much he did not want to be in there because of her customer service, I get what he was saying. So I had went back and told her about the situation of how uncomfortable she made us feel and how her service was horrible. she had said it was because she was backed up on 10boxes of things that they had gotten. She said she was sorry because of her load of work and how it made her feel. don’t work girl. We saw you, how you were. We got your vibe the way you were. You know I think that if you do not feel like doing your job and that load is too much for you to handle/dont feel like working at all and if that is making you want to make your customers feel uncomfortable and not be kind/wanted in the store walking around irritated huffing and puffing at people. Then maybe you should go home and have someone else who feels like working. I have kids, I have things to do, I work. Yes I get frustrated but do I walk around not wanting to be kind and looking irritated because of that? No. OVERALL. We love pacifier baby. Very cute store! I don’t get out to Woodbury a lot but my friend is having a baby and I came with her to look at car seats.
