Friendly, courteous, and careless. Very poor when it comes to order accuracy. They seem to regularly substitute brands, colors, and model numbers with out consulting the customer, and often will not enter a phoned in order into the computer system till the next afternoon. This can add weeks the length of your project waiting for the correct parts, and days of lost productivity.

If you are ordering from Platt over the phone, I highly recommend using Bellevue or Preston, those two stores do much more volume with the same size staff, but they don't mess around...
