Hm, this store doesn't have that great of a selection. The service is ok, you get good clerks and bad ones. When they're busy it sucks waiting in line. However my most recent experience brings this store from 3 stars to one star.
For the first time since I've come to the store and I've brought a backpack before which also had my laptop, the representative asked for me to leave my backpack at the door. I had a $1500 laptop in my bag and she just informed me to set it aside before using the bathroom. I even informed her she could inspect my bag if there were suspicions but she said it was policy. This us the first Ross I've gone to where they've informed me I couldn't take my backpack. It was only about a four months ago where I brought my backpack and was told the same thing.
I guess if stores want to want to compensate customers thousands of dollars for something to happen to their stuff than probably have it set somewhere else and not on a dirty floor where someone else can pass by. Not only that the clerk was working still while my bag was still on the floor.

Rachel said she watched video of my transaction and said I was given an additional receipt, she said she saw the video and described it in detail, although incorrectly. I asked to see the video but was not allowed in the back. I 100% knew she was lying so I asked if she could show the video to one of her fellow employees. less than two minutes later, they came back and said the video was unclear then she said it was recorded over and didnāt exist at all. I could have left without calling her a liar, however, she was proven to be a liar, and I still was not given my refund. iām sure there was a way she couldāve fixed it being a manager and all. Unable to admit She was too lazy to help, Unwilling to fix her mistake after being called out and proven to be a liar. She simply does not belong in a manager position. Ā Ā Ā Read moreI have some huge issues with this store I used to love shopping with them and spent a lot of money over the year but there are a few issues that should be addressed and they need to change them one is I'm tired of buying anything that's breakable and they never have paper to wrap your breakables in the second thing is they need to stop putting those rods on the shopping carts so you can't get out the door some of us have disabilities and need help if you are not going to provide someone to be waiting at the door to take things to people's cars then you need to take those off it is a real inconvenience also if somebody bought something and no one was paying attention somebody could come and reach into your cart and steal what you just purchased and walk right out the door with it because you have to leave the cart with your stuff at the entrance because of those poles on the cart.. don't call yourself too much of a discount store anymore because you've raised your prices too many times over the...
