Dress Up Woodstock — Local services in Woodstock

I have been going to dress up in woodstock since it opened. The costumer service there has only gotten worse. I used to love their last Manager before she got transferred to the Dahlonega store. She always greeted us with a smile. Now, most of the ladies are so so rude. Today, I called one of their team members and she ignored me, I got closer to her and called her again and before I even asked her anything she turned around gave me a look and said 'if its not on the floor, we dont have it. If you dont see it, we already sold it' and turns back around.

I work in Costumer service and Ive literally excused their bad attitude every time. Today, I had enough. I literally shop there every week and Its one of the stores where I get the worst...

I love to shop at dress up , as of today I will no longer patronize them. Unfortunately today I went into the Woodstock location and I wasn’t greeted at all , as I walked around with items in my hand that I was about to purchase , I notice 2 young ladies walk in I’m standing right next to the worker as she greets the 2 ladies that just walked in ask them if they needed help , was super friendly. Still has yet to acknowledge me as I stood right next to her. Of course im African American and they were Caucasian .I’m guessing customers service doesn’t go for all customers which is so sad ! I politely put my items back and left the store I will never shop there again!!! Todays date...

SUPER DISAPPOINTED! We followed the instructions to get in line for customer appreciation day and were one of the first 50 people in line. They gave us a gift bag when we entered the store so we assumed it had the $50 gift card inside. The email I received about this $50 gift card promotion for the 1st 50 people in line never said I had to be in line by 9:30 AM. It just said the store opens at 10:00 AM. I had my mother in a wheelchair with me and she was so excited about this promotion. Terrible...
