I can’t recommend Holly Springs Jewelers enough! I was on mission to buy an engagement ring for my now fiancé and surprise her, which meant I was flying solo. While I knew some of her preferences/styles, I really had no idea what I was doing. The whole process seemed overwhelming, especially after first meeting with a big box jeweler. Then, my fiancé’s sister referred me to Holly Springs Jeweler’s. Annette and Caroline were simply incredible. They were so kind, professional, and made me feel comfortable and confident throughout the whole process. Caroline especially went above and beyond to understand the style I was looking for and customize a gorgeous ring. They were transparent about timing and cost and their expertise was so helpful. My family has had a bad experience with having a watch battery replaced here in the past(the watch was no longer water proof and was destroyed because of it) but I decided I would stop by on my walk to work to have a link taken out of my movado. The watch was passed off to who I can assume is the nice lady who works there's daughter. Already made me uncomfortable because I'm protective over my watches, especially the ones I spend two thousand dollars on. The daughter proceeded to attempt to take the pin out of the band which was actually a screw. Afterwards I was left with a semi stripped screw and a scuff mark on the side of the link. I would not recommend bringing any high end jewelry here as they don't give it the attention...

I had an exceptional experience while looking for 2 affordable watch batteries on short notice. I was helped very promptly in their beautiful store and allowed to browse the merchandise. I wanted just a simple cross that my husband had told me to get whenever. I'd looked in catalogs, big box stores and other places that were either way too pricey or not well made. I told the salesperson that I would be back with my husband in tow. My sales lady came to help us quickly and efficiently and I now own just what I wanted.
