The Christmas Loft — Local services in Woodstock

Mixed feelings. I love all of the beautiful Christmas decor in this store and I'm sure we'll be back. Generally, everyone has been nice. But today, we traveled 45 minutes to come to this store. When we got into the store, my 5 year old all of a student had to pee bad. And they refused to let him use their restroom. They actually said they don't have one - which you know is a lie. This was my first time visiting the Christmas Loft and boy did it take me to back to some feelings I had as a kid. My son who is 8 was with me and he just kept walking in amazement as I just wanted to soak everything in. I wish I had an entire paycheck to spend here. My son picked out an ornament which we had beautifully personalized. And this will now be a yearly tradition. STAFF WAS HORRIBLE we went in to get marshmallows and bought them when we went home we found out they were expired and they made my friend sick we went back the next day to issue a refund and ask why they could sell EXPIRED marshmallows that caused my friend to vomit she started screaming at us and tried to call the police to get us tress-passed in front of the other family there i really do not appreciate this type of behavior against customers and people like this in general how was it our fault that they...
