We were on vacation and both my husband and I were struggling with felling sick with severe upper respiratory symptoms . We took a chance and scheduled an appointment online , which was thorough and easy. Upon arrival we were greeted by a very nice front desk woman who , was very welcoming. We were taken to an exam room within minutes of arrival. A delightful gentleman accessed us took or vitals then left briefly for direction with next steps for the PA on duty and returned for nasal swab . The Physician assistant returned with a report of flu for our diagnosis and discussed plan for the days ahead. We felt very well taken care of .I am also a nurse and knew we were on good hands. The rooms were clean and very comfortable. I would highly recommend this Care center for any healthcare needs . I could not have had a better experience. Joshua, my first point of contact was so helpful. It was going to be a bit of a wait, so we did all the paper work, and since I live close by, I went home, and he messaged me to return when the waiting roo, cleared. Then I meet William West, who very thoroughly took my information, shared my information with the FNP on duty, and they devised a plan to rule things out. Then I meet Leann Swanson, FNP. She listened to me. She heard me. She understood me. She knew I understood my situation. She understood what I did not want to do at that time re: going to ER. So she did research and came up with a different solution. And it worked! I made her a promise that if this did not improve my situation then I would go to the ER. I did not have to!!! I live approximately 45 minutes to the nearest Emergency Room and I need to drive through an unpredictable Notch to get there. My physician's office is closed weekends and evenings. As it would be, any medical attention I need seems to be on weekends and evenings. Thankfully Clear Choice MD Urgent Care is there, in the town in which I live. Additionally, I don't need an appointment or need to miss work to get the assistance I need.

Whenever I have sought the help of Clear Choice, I experienced professional attention from attentive and efficient and knowledgeable staff. In addition, they keep my primary care in the loop and also make referrals when needed. They even call a couple days later to see how I am and are very good at follow-up.
