Ordered an Xbox for shipping to home. The website said 1-3 business days and the store didn't have the bundle in stock. It is past the promised shipment date and Gamestop customer service says that it was a warehouse issue, so at minimum I would have to wait another two days for them to submit a complaint to USPS that takes 3-5 business days, and then after that, would have to wait 3-5 business days for them to process the refund or replacement. In short terms: minimum of two weeks to process just to get my money back. They refuse to do anything to assist as they claim that USPS has the package, when they do not and have not acquired it. The most they can do is offer a $10 online-only coupon that cannot be used on nearly anything except brand new items. If I would have known, I would have purchased the more expensive console in store and had it days ago. I will never purchase anything from Gamestop ever again. I hate Walmart but it's apparently better than Gamestop. It's not the store's fault but there is no other way I know of to review...

I had called corporate prior and they told me with a return slip any store would help me well that wasn’t the case when I went into the Wooster store today. The manager had a horrible attitude as soon as I asked if she could help me and belittled me about not bringing my actual paper packing slip when I was told all she needed was my return slip and continued to treat me unkindly and said “well I’m not taking the fall for another stores mistake so I can’t do a refund”. I haven’t experienced this bad of customer service ever from the manager, she has always been nice and helped me and my son with things but today I guess she felt like belittling me and making it feel like she didn’t want to do her job or help me at all. Read moreExceptional customer service, As with any company you'll find that they have their ups and downs. The game-stop in Wooster Ohio has a staff that is very well known when it comes to games. They do not try to force you to buy anything but offer items you might be interested in. And always try their best to make sure you get what you've come for. I've shopped their many times, and even though i may not be 150% satisfied with everything i get if i have any issues with the product they quickly do all they can to abed my concern. I've had multiple occasions in which one of their employee's has taken 5-10 minutes of time just to make sure i can get everything i need, even if they have to order it from another store that is 2 states over.
