Maurices — Local services in Wooster

So I switch between a few different Maurice’s. This particular Maurice’s I probably won’t be returning back to. I do love Renee who works here! I had a return and the last couple of times I’ve gone here, the other two girls seemed annoyed I was returning. I apologized but prior to the girls at the other Maurice’s location told me the online returns don’t count against them. The ladies here even told me to go to Stow or Macedonia Maurice’s to return. Seems wrong to me and the one girl I see there with short brown hair, a little bit in the shorter side, a bit older always seems annoyed to be helping with my returns. Bracelet I bought there BROKE first time I wore it and they absolutely refused to exchange it for an identical perfectly functional peice of jewelry that was sitting right there on the counter! I don't shop there anymore. It makes me sad because it used to be my favorite store. Girl was simply to rude and I just can't see myself enjoying going in there again. I had three different transactions I needed to do. One was returning items that didn't work out. Second was taking my military discount which was a challenge because of different orders.
