I had the WORST customer experience I have ever had from this company.
Would not recommend them to an enemy. Their lack of transparency, and flat lies led to me not having my beautiful custom engagement ring for my new fiancée within the time promised to us by the sales person. The manager was no help either, had to submit a complaint to corporate and we shall see where that goes.
If you are purchasing in house that may be one thing. But DO NOT let them lie to you or or family about how simple their custom designs are.
We spent 30-45 min with our rep making decisions about the ring, and the “design company” sent wildly incorrect renderings three weeks in a row. Let alone we were told that we would have the first round within 48 hours….. totally dishonest and left my fiancée and I incredibly disappointed to the point that 6 weeks in we just canceled our order and will be looking elsewhere for our rings so that they can actually be a celebration of our love and not a constant reminder of some of the worst customer service we’ve ever...
