Literally the worst possible customer service you can ever have is at this Starbucks. I ordered a Trenta Strawberry Açai Refresher with coconut milk. For some reason the woman who made it used a powder of some sort and I don't know why because no powders should typically go in the beverage. Also there was some cake and crusting of the milk that was used. I asked for a remake and I got a remake...virtually the exact same thing. Also, a couple weeks ago, I noticed that in their display of food and pastries there were at least three flies flying around inside. I asked the nice older lady, "You don't obviously serve those do you?" She said, "No those are just our display." I kid you not a couple minutes later after I sat down a woman came up and ordered two cake pops and one guy took two cake pops from the display with the flies in it. I hope for the best. Unfortunately this incident with my beverage is forcing me to let all future customers know of what goes on here at...
Read moreLike most white girls, I frequent a lot of Starbucks. This is my local Starbucks that I frequent the most and I cannot figure out why the line here is always so slow. I have lived here for two years now and it’s the same. I have waited over 20 minutes in line (and that’s not rare) and you cannot pull out of line because of the way the drive through works. Medina or wadsworth, for the same amount of cars deep, is probably on average, half the wait. Mobile ordering helps, but I have three kids so that can be a pain. Which brings me to the other issue with this location: the parking lot is not adequate for the amount of cars going in and out. It’s often is like a snake eating itself as you can get into the parking lot but if someone isn’t pulled close enough to the curb or you drive a large car, you may not be getting back out for a bit. The Payless building down the street on 83 is now empty, and that would be a great location for a stand alone Starbucks to remedy...
Read morethis is the WORST starbucks i have ever been too. I am a cheerleader and my team traveled on a bus to wooster for a football game. the starbucks said it was open until midnight and around 9:45 we had finished our game and headed over to starbucks only to find out only their drive thru was open. we thought it would be okay to walk thru the drive thru because our big bus would not fit. we didn’t cause a scene or act disrespectful at all, and the worker rudely yelled at us to “get out of her drive thru”. Then one of my teammates nicely explained that we wanted starbucks but our bus would not fit thru the drive thru and the woman replied yelling again for us to “GET OUT”. I understand if we can’t be helped if we’re not in a car, but it could’ve been handled in a much better manner and and much more respectfully. Terrible customer service on starbucks part, very...
