I don't go to tacobell with high expectations. I go for the "cheap" tacos every once in awhile. On this occasion we decided to get inside vs our normal drive through order. Stood at the counter for 4-5 with no acknowledgment from anyone except the employee who was on his way outside, assumingly for a break. We were still waiting when he came back in, again for at least an acknowledement. Was then told to just use the kiosk. With it being cold outside and not very much better inside, seriously... you could see your breath, the kiosk was slow and didn't register many of my inputs. Also, the prices were higher on the kiosk then on the menu board, ie: a cheese quasadilla was 3.99 on the menu board vs 4.19 at the kiosk. And then, since I was paying cash, I had to go back to the counter just to finish processing my order. Food came out relatively quickly, in a to go bag, no big deal, except they were only half wrapped and many of the toppings from tacos were floating around the bottom of the bag. Because it was so cold inside the store, our food was only Luke warm so we ate a quickly as possible. There was no lids for the medium drinks, which was fine while we were there but when I stood at the counter to ask for lids, I was again completely ignored for a few minutes until I gave up and walked away. I can honestly say I was so disappointed with my visit. In the grand scheme of things, I know this is close to the bottom but when your craving a quick bite to eat with your family, stay away from this tacobell as there are so many other fast food places...
Read moreListen Folks, my expectations for Fast Food are nearly non-existent yet somehow this place really takes the cake on being the worst service ever every time I've been unfortunate enough to go there (which after today is never again). Not once in maybe the 5 times we have gone there have they given us the correct order. Today, the kid literally handed us out a bag with half the order missing and without our drinks. Didn't even look at us while saying have a "Nice day" and closed the window before we could even say we need the rest of our food and drinks.
We managed to wave the to kid and inform him that we still needed the rest of the order. Thinking all was finally well, we drove away. Once we opened up our food not only was it somehow not completely cooked but they gave us the wrong meat. Every experience here has been terrible. One time we even had a kid so busy flirting with some chick in the back, he just stuck his hand out the window for the money and didn't even tell us the amount or look at us. Also guess what! Our order was wrong that day too!
Seriously, do yourself a favor and avoid this place like the plague or go to the one on Beall. This place seems to only employ the most incompetent teenagers ever who are more worried about flirting with eachother or seeing who scoff and roll their eyes...
Read moreAbsolutely ATROCIOUS service. Me and my sister came through to get food after visiting our mother in the hospital and my sister ordered something specific and repeated it multiple times to the “man” taking our order. Yet through all this he still managed to mess it up. If I could give lower than a one star rating I would. We came back through a little while after explaining that our order was wrong in which they said they would fix. We once again repeated what we wanted many times and guess what? They messed it up a second time. Not only that but the snarky, rude, and disrespectful manager has quite the attitude she was almost interrogating us on what time we came through the drive through and how much the order was. We concluded that the man clearly misheard our order not once but twice. So now they made us repay money for our whole order again. We open our bag and lone behold our order is wrong again. I would never waste your hard earned money on these fools who have no care or pride in their work and make them learn to get a job that is somehow easier than this. NEVER GO HERE. The only good think I have to say is the young lady who checked us out was very kind, I quite honestly feel bad for the people she works with. To those who were working there...
