It has been a few months since I had been inside the Wooster Chipotle. For the first time ever going there I was shocked by the service and appearence of things. There was dried up food particles all over the working space and floors. For some reason only one person was working the line while the other person stood at the drawer doing nothing. She could have picked up a rag and wiped up the disgusting mounds of rice cheese and other food bits off the counter or helped the girl on the line with salsa so that she could get the next persons order. It wasn't just the counter space in the front that was dirty. All the counters in the cooking area were gross. The only area being cleaned as they worked was the catering and pick up area. As someone who works in management sometimes customers notice things that crew members or managers are overlooking and this isn't meant to be an attack but just a suggestion of my personal experience and how I felt while I was there. Having completely consumed my portion, I have never had a Chipotle serving. That was so shy, but because of my having not nourished anything for the entire day, I didn't even take the moment to take a photo to show the most. I had in my bowl out of all the ingredients was sour cream. There was no cilantro, there was no avocado for guacamole. I barely have rice. What's gonna skip over the veggies? And gave me a very minimal portion of meat, just as minimal as the match of the amount of rice that did not cover the base of the bowl. Totally totally rude behavior, -100 customer service, no need to let out your annoyance towards the customer, and they were even closing; they were closing in 3 hours
Wanted to call and speak to a manager but got a machine who couldn’t help me
Definitely need to fire her or give her a warning because that was absolutely unacceptable My food was also all mushy, cold, and not even any protein or tomatoes on it; had to put it into another container it was overfilled
