This place is frequently disorganized, unprofessional and dirty, but we just deal with it because it's close.
After this experience we will never return again.
Put in an online order. It was almost $50 worth of food. I waited for almost 30 minutes after the time the confirmation said my wife's order would be completed. While waiting I got to watch the girl in the kitchen dropping things on the floor over and over, picking them up putting them on the counter again, pizzas getting burned over and over again, and what seemed like chaos for the employees and customers.
After waiting, I then checked with the counter and they said there was no record of our order. I showed them the order with the code for the kiosk and they said they needed another confirmation number. Failure. We put in a $50 order.
We have been trying now for 5 days to get our refund and keep getting the run around. I want my money back!!!!
This store is an embarrassment to Little Caesars close it.

Read moreI went to buy a pizza just an hour ago. There was one person ahead of me and when she left the worker went to the back to make pizzas did not bother to ask me if I needed something. I shouted out to the back where he went and I said I know you seen me here and you didn't ask me if I needed anything he says to me "well i had to make pizzas" I asked him so what do you have made then he reluctantly told me what he had with an bad attitude. I told him never mind I dont want anything. I left I gave the store and the same guy answers the phone I asked him can I speak to a manager and he told me he is a manager. I hung up because I dont want to talk to him. I called a different store to ask for the corporate number they told me to look it up online. Read moreI tried 3 x to order on line to be able to get the promo code for a free two liter. All 3 times the site froze right at the end. I then called in my order. Spoke with Emily who was polite and courteous the entire time. I spoke with her again when I picked up my order. I then had to bring it back as the pizza was not made as ordered. Emily apologized and ask the cook to make a replacement. The cook turned to make a replacement and made sure I heard her say "SH-T!" That was just before complaining about how filthy the floor was. (Yes she really did) When Emily politely asked if my 2nd pizza was ready yet the cook told her she had put my pizzas with the hot and ready. The young lady displayed a very poor attitude and should probably find something to do that she doesn't hate. She can't possibly earn enough to be that miserable. I wont go back. How hard can it really be to honor an advertisement promo and make simple and discounted pizzas right...
