My significant other decided to grab us Popeyes from this location on Division in hopes of a quick remedy to not have to cook on a Sunday night. However, after placing his order for us through the mobile app, he had to wait as there was a rush. Understandably so, he eventually got his food and came home to which I discovered they’d completely not given me the main entree for my large popcorn shrimp meal that is supposed to include of course the 1/4 lb of shrimp, two large sides, a biscuit and a large drink. I received my macaroni side, and my fries and drink but that was it. The literal entree of 1/4 lb of popcorn shrimp and biscuit were nowhere to be found. I called a total of 4 times, trying to get a hold of someone at the restaurant and 3 of my calls rang to the void and eventually went to “user busy” and ended. On the 4th call, I talked to a young lady and explained what I received was not my complete order and she stated she personally had packed the order and must’ve forgot to put the shrimp in but if my significant other came back, she’d get it to him. I told her he’d be back in 10 or so minutes and she stated that she’d just get the shrimp going in the fryer so they’d be ready when he got there. When he got there however he waited an additional 30 minutes to even receive the food he’d ordered and once finally did, he checked the box this time. They gave barely a quadrant of what is normally given and STILL did not include the biscuit. When my he brought up that this wasn’t a side, but the 1/4 lb shrimp entree, the employee dismissed his concerns and just walked away saying have a good day. Read moreI stopped at this drive-thru before getting on the highway to meet my family who was an hour away. There were 2 cars in front of me when I arrived, and after waiting at the window for 15 minutes, I was asked to pull around to the front doors. After sitting in the front for about another 5 minutes, I saw about 4-5 cars leave with food, and still haven’t received my food. I went inside to inquire about the wait, as it has been about 20 minutes that I’ve waited for 1 combo and a pre-made sandwich and was completely ignored by the entire staff. The cashier stopped to ask what I needed, I explained the situation to her, and she said my order would be another 7-10 minutes even though I had already been waiting 20 minutes. 😡I asked why it would take so long and requested to receive a substitution instead of waiting, but she just looked at me, as if I were speaking In a foreign language, then proceeded to ask another employee about online orders. All of the other staff members watching my tirade..including the manager who also stood in the back and did not help me. When I requested again to speak to a manager, he comes to the front and acts oblivious as if he wasn’t just standing in the back watching the entire conversation. There is no reason with a kitchen full of people that I should have been waiting for over 30 minutes chicken nuggets (which I had to get tenders instead of waiting longer) and a pre-made chicken sandwich. Everything was cold (including the fries), and I didn’t receive any sauce, even though I asked to pay for extra. Read moreI ordered beignets with my meal. I ordered everything online. My order wasn't even close to being done when I went to pick it up. The employee that was packing my order said that the beignets weren't ready yet and went to the back room. He finally brought them around to me and gave me my order. After eating our meal we decided to have a beignet and found that they were totally covered in salt. Yes that is correct they were totally covered in salt. I didn't realize that they were covered in salt instead of sugar until I took a big bite of them. It was disgusting. I called the manager she said she was sorry to hear that and offered to replace them with a larger order but I had to come in yet that night to pick them up. I told her that I was really busy could I pick them up another night and she said no that it had to be done the same night but she would have them ready when I would come to pick them up. When I went to pick them up the employee that had helped me said oh I'm sorry I couldn't find powdered sugar in the back. So basically he admitted to putting salt on them. That's ridiculous. We were on our way someplace so after a while we decided to have a beignet open the bag and realized that there was nothing on the beignets. No sugar, no powdered sugar. Really???
