I've given this place 3 tries through the past couple of months. Just a warning that the 3 times I've been there it's always been around the same time and there aren't many people there. So I may be going at a bad time.
I tried 3 different ice cream sandwiches and while they were okay, they aren't anything to go nuts over in my opinion. Everytime the ice cream sandwich seemed to have made pretty far in advance, which they are frozen so it's fine. I just am left with wanting something a little more beyond what is offered with the current sandwiches. The ice cream is always fine but the actual top and bottom sandwich parts are usually pretty lackluster and one dimensional.
My main complaint: The people working the counter never seem to be happy to be there. The three times I had been there I would be the only one that was there and they still acted like I was interrupting them. I asked for some direction and recommendations my first time and the man working the counter just seemed annoyed.
The girl that I've interacted with was nicer but it was still a pretty cold interaction.
Overall I say give the place a try as every business deserves a chance and I want small businesses to succeed. Maybe you'll enjoy the sandwiches more than me.
I just personally will not be returning and if someone asked me whether or not I recommend the place I'd...
Read moreI just had an absolutely amazing experience with Underground Cookie Club's food truck at Relax at Rosa and I can't wait to share all the delicious details with you!
Let me start by saying, if you're a fan of mint chocolate chip ice cream, you NEED to try their "Baby Yo" ice cream sandwich. It's a perfect combination of creamy, minty goodness sandwiched between two soft, decadent brownies. Seriously, my taste buds were in heaven!
And the best part? I got to enjoy this delightful treat right from their food truck! The staff were friendly and welcoming, and the truck itself was super fun and eye-catching. Not only was the Baby Yo incredible, but the entire Underground Cookie Club food truck experience was top-notch. It was so fun to grab a delicious treat on the go, and the convenience of the truck made it even better.
Overall, I would highly recommend Underground Cookie Club's food truck to anyone looking for a sweet treat or a fun hangout spot. And if you're a mint chocolate chip fan like me, you won't be disappointed with the Baby Yo. Trust me, it's a...

So Fetch $6: Probably the best overall for just about anyone. This takes the favorites of cookies and brownies together for a wonderful experience. It was quite cold.
Toffee Doodle $6: This was a smash hit of a flavor! My grandma made Snickerdoodles when I was a kid and this tasted EXACTLY like that, but maybe a smidge better with the ice cream. I HIGHLY recommend it if you like snickerdoodle.
Service: The lady helping out was super cool and helpful. Our order came out really fast, but there were no other customers when we ordered. There were a few after and things seemed to be running smoothly overall.
Atmosphere: With a mixture of old school children’s Disney theme and darker Nightmare Before Christmas, Deadpool, etc. It’s a bit of a juxtaposition for unique individuals. Not my preference.
Conclusion: They have a nice thing going, but be aware of the theme if you are bringing really little children.
